  1. What this is. A closed beta of pre-release software, provided free of charge for testing.
  2. It operates your phone. Solace AI acts in apps on your behalf. It can make mistakes, including sending, buying or deleting things. Don’t use it for anything you can’t undo, anything financial, or anything where a mistake could cause harm.
  3. Your instructions. You are responsible for your instructions and for following the terms of the apps you ask it to use.
  4. Warranty and liability. The proposed beta is provided “as is”. Applicable liability limits and mandatory consumer rights need legal review; no finalized limitation is published here.
  5. Feedback. Feedback may be used to improve Solace AI.
  6. Ending the beta. Either side can end participation. Uninstalling ends your use.
  7. Privacy. Read the draft privacy policy.
  8. Governing law. The legal entity, jurisdiction and final terms remain to be confirmed.
