What this covers
This website, its beta application form, business enquiry form, platform waitlist, and the proposed closed beta of Solace AI.
Beta applications
We collect your name, email, phone model, Android version, country, task requests and any notes you choose to submit. We use these to select and contact testers. Research-only subscriptions collect your name and email instead. Form submission requires your consent.
Records are stored in Supabase through our server. The configured database host is in the United States; an EU hosting claim is not made. The applicable transfer mechanism and processor agreements need confirmation before public launch.
The proposed retention period is until the beta ends, or deletion within 30 days of your request. This retention process must be put into operation before launch.
Business enquiries and platform waitlist
We collect your name, email, company, role, workflow or use case, and optional device details. Business enquiries also include country, service, and optional team size and timeline. We use these details to reply or contact you about platform availability. Records are stored server-side in Supabase with no public read access. No automatic confirmation emails are currently sent. You can ask us to delete your record by email. The retention schedule needs to be finalized before public launch.
App data
Model requests can contain your instructions, screen contents and tool results. See What leaves your phone. Model-provider retention, relay logging, crash-report processing and transfer arrangements are awaiting confirmation.
Cookies and analytics
This local site does not enable analytics or advertising cookies. The theme selector remembers your choice in local browser storage without creating an account.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your application, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@solace-systems.com. Other applicable rights include restriction, portability and objection. You may contact your data protection authority.
AI disclosure and age
Solace AI is an AI system and can make mistakes. The beta is intended for people aged 18 and over.
